HOUSTY’s Global Experience Network Reaches 15 Countries, Taking Its Pan-Asia-Pacific Strategy Another Step Forward
80+ Experience Centers Worldwide Build a Vertical Mobility Network for High-End Residences
Across the competitive landscape of the global homelift industry, HOUSTY’s globalization path follows a clearly systematic approach: European safety standards as its technical origin, vertical mobility in high-end residences as its anchor scenario, and localized experience and service networks as the fulcrum of delivery. Today, with one of China’s leading R&D and innovation capabilities, the brand holds a firm position among the top of global homelift rankings, its business footprint covering 15 countries and regions across Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and the Middle East, with experience and service centers in more than 80 core cities worldwide. In China, it operates on the dual engines of Suzhou manufacturing and Shanghai marketing, reaching deep into the high-end residence and villa markets of more than 20 first- and second-tier cities across the country. This layout is no mere accumulation of outlets; it is a systematic engineering effort centered on delivery standards, service responsiveness, and design adaptation.

On August 31, 2024, HOUSTY’s city showroom in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, officially opened. Following Kuala Lumpur and Penang, it is the brand’s third physical showroom in Malaysia, marking new staged progress in its strategic Pan-Asia-Pacific layout. The showroom continues the brand’s signature minimalist style, with clean white as the dominant tone; through careful proportioning of bright colors and metallic materials, and the interplay of contrasting textures, it creates a spatial experience that balances design sensibility with practicality.

On display at the Johor Bahru showroom is the heavily upgraded HC series screw-driven homelift. The series is equipped with a genuine nut-and-screw drive system imported from Sweden and uses proprietary noise-reduction technology to keep noise outside the homelift to no more than 20 decibels. It is fitted with a UPS uninterruptible power supply anti-entrapment system and an SSID intelligent control system, supporting one-touch emergency calls, touch-activated emergency stops, and fingerprint recognition, with selectable running speeds of 0.15 to 0.3 meters per second. The showroom is arranged in 1:1 life-size settings that simulate real living scenes—a villa living room, dining room, leisure area, and private consultation zone—highlighting how HOUSTY homelifts ease the difficulty of climbing stairs for pregnant women, children, and the elderly while suiting the interior styles of local villas and duplex homes.
In Malaysia, HOUSTY has obtained the only screw-driven homelift sales license in the country to date and has deployed its products in a national-level museum project. Faced with the need to add a homelift to a century-old building—where neither a deep pit nor a machine room could be built—HOUSTY’s screw-driven homelift was ultimately embedded into the building in a near non-invasive way, completing the functional upgrade without damaging its historic character.

The brand has forged partnerships with leading enterprises in Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian countries, forming an Asia-Pacific service ecosystem for HOUSTY homelifts. From European standards to Asia-Pacific delivery, and from globally sourced core components to tailored high-end residential scenarios, HOUSTY’s global layout is evolving from scale coverage to standard-setting output.
