RMB 150 Million in Total Investment! HOUSTY Launches Construction of Its New Yangcheng Lake Factory in Suzhou

In September 2026, HOUSTY’s new homelift manufacturing project, located in the Xiangcheng Resort District (Yangcheng Lake Town) of Suzhou, officially achieved “construction start upon land acquisition.” The project sits south of Henggangtang and east of Qinan Road, with a total investment of RMB 150 million, a site area of approximately 15 mu (about 1 hectare), and a total floor area of approximately 25,000 square meters. Once in operation, it is expected to produce 1,000 homelifts per year and generate annual sales of RMB 150 million. For the homelift industry, this project is not merely a capacity expansion—it is a signal of HOUSTY’s continued investment in its global supply chain and the high-end residential market.

The launch of the new Yangcheng Lake factory represents yet another strategic leap in HOUSTY’s manufacturing capabilities in China. The brand has previously built its China factory and experience center in Suzhou Industrial Park, which officially opened in August 2022 after 18 months of design and construction. Adopting a three-in-one “factory + office + showroom” model, the center achieves a full-chain closed loop from R&D and design to product display. The center also houses a dedicated test facility standing up to 10 meters tall for homelifts assembled inside imported shaft cabinets—a pioneer of dedicated testing in this field in China. After touring the product displays, customers can also watch the assembly of components on site, with the materials and workmanship visible at a glance.

In terms of technology and certifications, HOUSTY’s Suzhou factory has earned the dual designations of National High-Tech Enterprise and National Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise. It has accumulated 19 utility model patents and 7 software copyrights, covering core technical areas such as homelift operating guide rails and interior call panel structures. In May 2025, the brand obtained a patent for “a homelift operating guide rail” that reduces wear on guide wheel surfaces and extends service life; in April of the same year, it obtained a patent for “an interior call panel structure for homelifts,” whose independent ambient lighting design prevents mistaken button presses during a homelift malfunction. Its products have passed North American CSA certification, EU CE certification, ISO 9001 certification, and TÜV Rheinland certification, spanning multiple dimensions including mechanical safety, electrical safety, and electromagnetic compatibility.

From Suzhou Industrial Park to Yangcheng Lake Town, the brand is channeling sustained manufacturing investment to bring European homelift standards deeper into China. The Yangcheng Lake base will further optimize the brand’s production, R&D, supply chain, and engineering service footprint across East China, delivering higher-quality, more efficient products to users worldwide.
